 I've searched the web extensively and haven't found any sites/people in the UK making them, but no doubt they will be out there, its just my searching skills are not up to the job. There are plenty of sites in the USA and I shall provide a few links for those who are interested. In the States they're known as Photo Statues, Photo Sculptures, 3D cutouts etc.
